Dancing all the time

Dancing is your life, your escape from strife

You dance the strain, away after a long hard day

You dance away the pain, to free the troubles from your brain

You don't dance to impress although you always do,

 for all that one can see is grace and beauty when they watch you.

You dance to express yourself, which has earned you the trophies upon your shelf

Even when your sleeping, a dancing you are keeping

Cause your dancing through my dreams, always on my mind it seems.

When I think of you and everything you do, 

I can't help but be amazed, and wish I was more like you.

You face life head-on accompanied by song. 

I know you have your fears and at times you shed some tears,

Yet you always seem so cheery even when the day is dreary. 

Even when life's got you down you never seem to frown

You just turn the music on and dance to a favorite song.

You start with a tune that's light but slowly you dance faster

Until your the star of your own show shining bright 'n tuning out disaster

You've helped me through so much, at times acting like a crutch

I hope that I've helped you, because that's just what friends do.

But wherever life may take us ill always remember you

Because your dancing all the time, always on my mind

Dancing through my dreams which are bursting at the seams
